Denise Justice: A Lifetime in the Art World

With nearly five decades of experience, Denise Justice has built a career defined by creativity and dedication to the arts. Born in New York and raised in New England, she began with an apprenticeship in Rotogravure Color Separation before expanding her expertise in Quality Control, both in the U.S. and abroad. She has maintained her own working studio for more than forty years, with studies in both the U.S. and Germany.

After years in Europe, Denise settled in Florida, where she founded the Denise Justice Gallery and established Denise Justice Art LLC. Today, Denise teaches independently. With changes in Florida’s art community and local studio landscape, she chose to step forward on her own, ensuring stability and consistency for her students while offering a supportive space where creativity can flourish.

She now leads adult art classes, workshops, and live events through www.DeniseJusticeArtStudio.com. Her instruction spans oil, acrylic, watercolor, and pastels, with a focus on Fine Art painting, adult art education, and dynamic Live Painting–Dinner Events.

Her original artwork is also available at www.DeniseJusticeFineArt.com, featuring luminous pieces often accented with 23k gold and genuine silver. Each painting reflects her signature interplay of light, movement, and color. In her live sessions, she creates large-scale works in just 90 minutes, using hands, spatulas, and found objects—sometimes with audience participation.

Denise’s career highlights include exhibiting at the Florence Biennale and Miami Basel, judging exhibitions, leading art tours - yes Italy was grand., and additionally creating commissioned portraits, murals, and home décor pieces.

She shares her life and artistic journey with her husband, Bruce, whose vibrant Florida-inspired paintings complement her own. Together, they celebrate a life devoted to art.
